How to measure my head circumference?

To measure the circumference of your head, you will need a flexible measuring tape. If you do not have one, you can use a non-stretchable string or ribbon.

  1. Measure around your head in the middle of the forehead and at the back bump of the skull (normally about to 1 cm above the eyebrows and ears)
  2. Note the measure.

* For babies and children, so the toque fits longer or for girls wearing the toque with a ponytail, you can add 1 cm.

What is the difference between a Beanie and a Standard depth toque?
The Beanie toque is about 3 cm higher than the standard deoth toque, so it’s a bit baggy on the top of the head. The Standard depth toque is more fitted on the head.

Are pompoms interchangeable?
Yes, our pompoms are compatible with all our toques.

What does reversible tuque / with pompom mean?
Our reversible toques can be worn on both sides. If ordered with a pompon, it’s removable and also goes on both sides of the toque.

Are your toques compatible other pompons ?
Yes, but only with pompoms that have a 15 mm male snap.

Can I wash the products in hot water?
No, our products can be washed in cold water.

Can I dry the products in the dryer?
Yes, but at low temperature and on delicate cycle.

Can I use detergents like Oxyclean on the products?
No, there is a risk that the label dye rubs off on the fabric.

Can I wash the pompom?

No, if wet dry with hair dryer and brush.

If I made a mistake in my order, can I contact you to have it corrected?
Yes, but only if your order is not in fabrication. Fabrication can start after 15 minutes to 24 hours following your order confirmation.

How can I know you received my order ?

When your order is successful, you will receive a confirmation email with your order information and an order number. Once your order is sent or ready for recovery, you will receive an email also.

FOR WINTER AND REVERSIBLE TOQUES, NECK WARMERS AND INFINITY SCARVES: there are no returns or refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you make a mistake while selecting head circumference or other options in your order, it is not possible to receive a refund. All of our reversible and winter toques, neck warmers and infinity scarves are made upon receipt of each order, so they are made especially for you with your custom options.

For knitted toques, knitted scarves and pompoms: If you are not satisfied, items can be returned at your expense within 14 days of receipt of the package, ONLY if the merchandise has never been worn, washed and still has the tags. Return costs are at your expense, unless there is an error on our part or a manufacturing defect. You will receive a refund for the products returned (the initial shipping fee is not refundable) within 5-10 business days of receiving the return of your package. The refund will be made to the card used when ordering or to your PayPal account if you paid with PayPal.
